My StoryHi, I'm Tracy Marcuzzi.
I was raised by Italian immigrant parents who worked incredibly hard their whole life. I realised that if life was about working hard then I better find a career that I absolutely love! I worked as a professional entertainer in my twenties, performing physical comedy at festivals and events. It was amazing to bring so much joy to peoples lives, I loved my work and as you know they say laughter is the best medicine right? Well not always... Near the end of my clowning career I met a Welsh traveller and fell in love. A year and a half into our relationship, the drugs that he was taking to control his rheumatoid arthritis wore off for the third time in a row and he got really unwell. So unwell that he wasn’t able to walk unaided, he became emaciated and was in excruciating pain most of the day and night. |
I was 28, and this was the biggest turning point in my life.
It was absolutely heart-breaking to watch the person I loved fall apart physically. Without allopathic medicines to help him, we decided to look into natural therapies and it woke up a real calling in me to help, although I didn't know how.
I began to research natural medicines, and I found myself drawn to the holistic model of health and healing, which looks at health from the perspective of mind, body, emotions and spirit.

My journey of self
|
After years of being my partner's carer and trying to help him heal, I learned one of the greatest lessons of my life that I carry to this day. You can never heal another person, ever. It was devastating to let each other go, but we decided it was for the best so he could get better in his own way.
After I left my partner in his home country of Wales, I went on my own solo journey through Europe, working as an exchange helper on farms and meeting what I would call my angels - teachers that appeared to help me get my life back on track. Through a deep commitment to healing myself of grief and also unresolved issues I had been carrying, I experienced an awakening of my soul on a deeper level. I felt deeply connected to life, and I knew I was here for a bigger purpose. I returned to Australia, and began to formally study healing modalities before moving to San Francisco for 3 years. I absolutely loved the vibe and the training that was available to me. I learned an incredible amount and I feel so blessed to have discovered such powerful and natural systems of healing. I also journeyed to Peru for a spiritual pilgrimage before returning to Australia to set up my own healing practice. |
I have been practicing as a Holistic Practitioner for 10 years now and every day I keep developing myself and my skill set. I feel very privileged to do this work and to be able to assist others on their healing journeys. I feel my work beautifully complements allopathic medicine - I simply add another dimension with the nurturing energy work and healing touch I do, which I feel is greatly missing from those. There is no substitute for healing touch, in my experience it provides people with psychological and physical relief from pain and overwhelm, and has them feel deeply cared for and valued. I am passionate about the work I do because I see the difference it makes. My clients walk out feeling lighter in body and spirit and more connected to themselves. I still enjoy bringing light-heartedness in my sessions too, as laughter truly is one of the best medicines! |

Creating a relationship and life that I love

When I met my current partner Ian Nesbitt, I was unaware that life would take me on a whole new adventure of love and learning!
The last 9 years have been spent 'doing the great work' and understanding the nature of relationships and transformation in a way I had never appreciated or understood before.
I have journeyed deep with Ian, on all levels and it's been nothing but extraordinary. I feel truly blessed to have found an ally, a soul partner who is as committed as I am to making a positive difference to our own lives and in the world.
When I'm not working, I enjoy listening to music and writing songs, taking long walks (and dancing) in nature, experimenting in the kitchen, and appreciating art, books and comedy of course!
Yours in great joy and vitality.
