IAN NESBITT - BIO
Ian Nesbitt is a Transformational Leader, Coach, Speaker, Facilitator and Musician who experienced a profound awakening in London in 1993, which gave him a clear experience of the true nature of reality, who we think we are and who we really are. He is a pioneer for transformation and leadership, who has worked in the transformational public and corporate domain since 1998.

Ian’s Awakening took him on an intense journey of discovery through the worlds of Tibetan and Zen Buddhism, a vast array of Western Philosophies and leading edge Psychology. He developed himself in Ontological (the study of Being) Coaching and Transformational Leadership skills and techniques while working as an International Management Consultant.
Ian has brought leading edge transformational work to some of the largest government organisations and national businesses including Australia’s biggest property developers and magazine companies. Ian has led internationally, implementing a transformational meta-process for the 2004 Action Biodiversity Summit, New Zealand, taking 200 key stake holders through a transformational journey over 3 days. The event was a resounding success with many opposing parties and arch rivals coming together in never before seen ways. It was declared an astounding success by the Minister for the Environment. Since 2005 he has developed and delivered his own Transformational Leadership Coaching Programs and Courses for Business owners, sole traders and professional managers. In 2012, he co- founded the Transformational Training company called Being The One with his partner Tracy and has taught numerous public workshops in Melbourne. He was given the Tibetan name Kama Tsewang Dobdrum by Lama Ole Nidal in 1996 which translates into Powerful Life of Accomplishment.
